Order Updates

All details of your order process are available online in your account section of our website. In addition to this you will receive an email to inform you of any major changes in your order/delivery i.e awaiting shipment or product shipped.

Shipping Handling Timescale

All orders received before 3pm are shipped same day by the means paid for on checkout. Please note that in extremely busy periods i.e Christmas, the delivery handling timescale may be extended to 2 days but Expedited/Next Day orders will be given priority and dispatched same day if cleared payment is received before 3pm.

Postage Options

We offer free UK postage with the option to upgrade to Next Day Delivery for a small fee. The free UK postage is 1st Class Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail and the upgrade option is Special Delivery by Royal Mail with a guaranteed delivery before 1pm Next Working Day. This means that goods bought monday to thursday with the Next Day option will be delivered next working day, for all orders bought on a Friday with the Next Day option will be guaranteed delivery for the Monday before 1pm as Saturday is not the next working day for Royal Mail deliveries.

We also ship throughout most of Europe and Rest of World using 2 seperate delivery options depending on the destination of the package. We will ship using Royal Mail Airsure Priority Airmail or by Royal Mail International Signed For option. Both these methods are fully trackable and a tracking number will be added to your order and will be available in your account section of the website. When ordering an international delivery please note that at checkout the only option will show as Royal Mail International Signed For. This is because the destinations for both International Deliveries changes from time to time and as Airsure is a more expensive shipping method you would be getting a more expensive form of delivery option from the one stated in checkout.

Please note that although we want you to receive your orders as quickly as possible we are in no way guaranteeing the delivery times stated by Royal Mail. If you require your order in the UK for a next day delivery we would urge you to select the Next Day option as 1st Class Recorded Delivery is not a next day service. For all 1st Class Orders the delivery timescale is 1-3 business day, Next Day is a guaranteed service for Next Day delivery and for international deliveries the timescale is 4-10 business days depending on final destination.

Missed Deliveries

Please note that by using this website and making your order you are also agreeing that you will be available for the receipt of the order on delivery. Every order sent from our website requires a signature on delivery by Royal Mail. In the event that you are not at home you have a two options.

1- You can arrange for a redelivery on a more suitable day using the card that the postman has left for you.

2- Collect your order in person from your local delivery office where the original delivery attempt was made from. The address is on the delivery card.

If you do not collect your order within seven days from the delivery depot then it will be sent back to us. If this happens we will contact you to see what you want to do with your order. 

Please ensure the details you have given are accurate as if there are any problems relating to your delivery/order we can contact you by either telephone or email to discuss them.

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in good time but as we rely on Royal Mail in the UK and many other postal companies around the world we cannot be held liable for any consequential losses for late delivery or loss of package in transit. We will endeavour to sort the late delivery out for you as quickly as possible.
